TerraServ was founded by a team of partners bound by close family ties and a history of working together in the field. We came together to form a powerhouse land acquisition partnership where our individual strengths perfectly align. By combining multi-generational Texas Real Estate and Right-of-Way (ROW) experience, we bring a rare blend of modern operational precision and honest, face-to-face communication to the infrastructure industry.
At TerraServ, our business is personal. We’re Texas born, Texas bred, and proud to move Texas infrastructure forward.
