North McKinney Water Line Improvement Project
North Collin Special Utility District (NCSUD) with the help of DR Horton is installing a new water line running East to West along the South side of High Ridge Dr. to connect existing water lines on Wood Ridge Dr. and Trail Dr.
Project Information:

Line Size: Mix of 10”, 12”, and 16” pipe
Line Depth: Minimum of 36” line depth with some sections being required to be buried deeper due to environmental obstacles. (Ponds, subsurface rock, etc.)
Timeline: Project scheduled to begin bidding process at the end of 2027 with construction scheduled to begin summer of 2028. Delays are common with new line construction and have been considered in developing this timeline.
