Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Texas at Dallas, he spent over a decade in the IT industry managing corporate operations, where he mastered the art of advanced, analytical problem-solving and logistics.

Now applying those data-driven strategies to Right-of-Way negotiations as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, David operates as a dedicated land specialist with deep, firsthand property owner experience. He excels at breaking down land agreements into clear, accessible terms, and resolving unexpected project hurdles smoothly so transactions remain seamless for everyone at the table.

David lives in Northeast Texas with his wife, Amy, and enjoys taking on technical build projects and spending time outdoors on their family’s hobby farm.
